Example experiment and reagent consumption

468 µl sample consumption only, in a one-way setup
for following experimental parameters:

  • shear stress 10 dyne / cm²
  • duration 5 min = 300 sec
  • viscosity 0.01 (dyne sec) / cm²

2 ml minimal sample volume for circular flow setup
using the ibidi perfusion system
